I really wish this event would be based on time also. At regionals, we finished first, but that really did no good. (at least we got 4th place)

Can someone give me the info on how Office 2003 and Office 2007 Differ in terms of things that relate to compute?
I heard that the title for the graphs are different?
2007 is slower?

2007 will deffinently be a downfall for people at state.
I don't know what state you live in, and if you are going to state, but my state is tomorrow and to just be sure I dont have to worry about you just in case, the only thing i can do is this

2009 States: 1 Compute This, 5 Trajectory
2010 States: 3 Compute This, 6 Meteorology
2011 Regionals: 1 Write It/Do It, 4 Compute This, 5 Meteorology, 3 Team

ahh! our state is tommorrow! i hope that we get as lucky as we did at regionals, and we are actually able to find the answers unlike when we practiced.

I noticed that on the PA state schedule they say that participants in this event will have a choice between running Windows or Mac OS. Is this a national rule or just something our state does?

just the state does the rules say that either of the systems can be used but if it is any apple product the teams must be notified before hand

Well, I guess I am officially a Compute This master. After doing horribly all season in Compute This, and getting only a 3rd at one out of four invitationals, and getting a 3rd at regionals, I won the state in Compute This.
I prayed and prayed the night before for earthquakes, and I got earthquakes. I know the only thing I could lose was the tie breaker. And it looks like I beat that!
