1. I use PLA.
2. Normally 20% for test prints. I haven't printed any major components yet, but depending on filament I'm most likely going to increase infill when printing for Scrambler. (would change infill depending on how much stress the part is placed under)
3. Pretty much everything, honestly. It all depends on how creative you are and what you can come up with. For example, I'm using my printer for printing a Scrambler car, and possibly using it for Flight propeller blocks.
