Ok, this is kind of like the birds/ornithology thread except its for everyday weather!!

Post your comments /suggestions here!! :D

Does anyone have any good textbook I could start to study off of?? thnx :)

i normally use the general meteorology textbooks and also the autoban for cloud id

In the past, does this event cover general circulation models, the wind belts, koppen etc...? or is this just climate?

This event will cover things like weather maps, everyday weather conditions, stuff with clouds, etc.... things like that

So no koppen?? No thermohaline circulation + how it effects the weather?? No semi permanent pressure cells?? thnx. :)

i think i might like basic weather better than climate...idk...im already starting to identify clouds whenever i look at the sky :geek: :ugeek: ah well, does anyone have any suggestions as to what to study?

Clouds, fronts, what weather IS. etc...
