Really? That's kind of sad. I think at nationals at least one of the participants would know exponents. :? And nats usually is supposed to be harder than the other levels, but sometimes they make it easier. Like this case.

I don't think any of us knew what happened. :?

the whole test was just... stoopid. I feel like I've wasted months studying for something way too easy.

Now that I realize it, that was my 6th grade science textbook! Not making it to nats, I felt like I HADN'T devoted enough time, as I was really unprepared at states. My medal was a true phenomenon.
