I'm in the same boat. Except I haven't gotten so much as a shipping confirmation. Did the old store continue operating after the new site was created?

That's what I got...I'm guessing they don't give a shipping confirmation, because I'd like to think they shipped within 11 days.

I did get a online receipt. I just thought that I would get a email from UPS or FedEx or something saying that they were actually sending it. I sure hope that it's been shipped. It's been 13 days since I ordered.

UPDATE: I found this under shipping policy on the new site:

Orders are shipped the next business day after receipt and take 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on where they are sent.

We should have recieved our manuals by now.

I received a response from SO, they said that there was a batch of books that was printed and delivered to the warehouse and shipped on 9/10 (mine was one of them). So anyone that ordered them should be seeing them in the next few days I'd think.
