Re: Wright Stuff B
Does anyone know if the tentative 2010 rules from the Summer Institute included any limit on the chord of the main wing?
I understand it is very likely that the 2010 WS rules will maintain the 1.5 g maximum rubber motor weight and 7.0 gram minimum airplane weight (not counting the rubber motor).
Thanks.

Re: Wright Stuff B
So, is it known for sure that Wright Stuff will be an event in 09-10?
Is it possible that it will not be a monoplane, like this year??
Anyone know where i could find the event rotation schedule that was removed from the official SOINC site?
Thanks!

Re: Wright Stuff B
first to get the event rotation, just go to soinc.org
second it will definetily be an event next year
third, it will most likely be a monoplane, but you do have to wait until the rules come out

Re: Wright Stuff B
That's not the event rotation. They stopped publishing that this year. I still have an old copy but it's not incredibly helpful as they never seemed to follow it anyway.

Re: Wright Stuff B
In addition, this site has carbon steel single edge blades, don't know if they are as sharp as the old carbon double edged ones:
http://www.americancuttingedge.com/Stoc ... eedge.html
Or this site has all kinds of carbon steel blades, including the old double edge kind that are half as thick as the above single edge:
http://www.emsdiasum.com/microscopy/pro ... lades.aspx
And if you want 1,000,000 of them:
http://www.diytrade.com/china/4/product ... blade.html
Or check e-bay, that's where I got mine from.

thanks for the links. the one from a2z corp seem to be the best value but it's not a big difference.
