CD and even vinyl record wheels are common. You can easily improve the traction of a CD by adding rubber bands or and "sticky" substance to the wheels.Does anybody have any ideas for wheels? I'm considering CD's, but they don't seem to have enough traction.
Over-running the start line on the way back will not be penalized.is overshooting the starting point on the way back penalized in the distance score or is it just scoring how far you deviate from a straight line?
i only have to bend it slightly and it's really unoticable, just try bending a little at a time, no more than 1-3 mmYup that's the mousetrap.
Still, is that allowed? I mean, the rules do say one or two unmodified mousetraps.
It doesn't have to go back at all, but if it does not reverse you will get a bad score.Wait so the mousetrap vehicle does not have to go all the way back to the starting line? What if it only goes like 3 meters back? Sounds unfair.
