wow u really are bored...
okay: exp design is my weakest area (ironic, since this will be my fifth year of science research). i dont know how exactly to work on that--at least--not over the internet. if u think of a way, let me know.
feel free to quiz me at random in environmental chem or ecology. those are the events i have the best chances of success in, so i need to milk them for all they're worth.

NY Metro Region ("the City") of New York State. We have a good number of teams, but that's only because many of the schools send two or three teams to regionals. We get to send 4 teams, sometimes 5 if the special clause about repeat winners engages. Also of note: the region has nearly half of the state's population, but it still get beaten by the whole of Southern Tier at states... a true testament to the quality of urban public education (sarcasm).

We're creeping up the charts though, year by year. I think my team might break top 5 this year, but I put the chances one out of three. My hopes are quite different though. ;)

Ugh, still no NY state trial events released. It says August, and August is almost over :(
Well, gh, hope to see you at states. For convenience, I should wear a nametag with "gneissisnice" on it :D
