Oh, this was fun. I've never done a Rail Fence before, so this was definitely a bit of a challenge, especially in figuring out where each row started and ended, but it was great. I love the quote! I always appreciate a bit of puerile humor, haha
That all well bred people therefore forcibly restrain the efforts of nature to discharge that wind.
Here's another Affine cipher, lifted from a book by Martha Wells, with a = 15 and b = 3: "Zfrqp erbdqn hdq sl tburmntgl. Cel cythx tn xllutqp celb dyfrqw mfqp lqfrpe cf slhfbl fmw erbdqn."
It was very interesting to observe my progress through this problem. At first, it was very slow, but as I got more familiar with the letters, it made it a ton faster.
"Young humans can be impulsive. The trick is keeping them around long enough to become old humans."
Here's one more affine cipher, which is more on the humorous side. Please keep in mind that (a,b) = (7,13)

I don't know how to act my age because I've never been this age before.

Decrypt this cipher text encoded using the Vigenère cipher: "wblbmmdqazzdrse!" The key is 'clover.'

Is it just me, or is anyone else getting something along the lines of "vqxgivbfmevmphq"? I even tried using an online decoder system, but it spits out the same thing. Is there a typo in the question?

I'm getting "uqxgivbfmevmphq." Not the same as yours, but still not coherent.

Edit: Wait no, sorry, I didn't fully read your answer. Never mind. Seconding your question about a typo.

I am so sorry. I tried to make one myself and completely messed it up.
The cipher text is supposed to be "kegtsltwixopflm."
