What is the hardest event?

For anything Science Olympiad-related that might not fall under a specific event or competition.

Astronomy tends to be a hard event just because it can cover nearly everything, though I find it fairly easy but I like it.

Fermi I thought was hard and Forensics tends to be harder due to time constraints. I've also heard lots of complaints about Mission even though I've always wanted to do that event.

But some events that are hard in some regions are a piece of cake in others, so it all depends.

2008 Events: Remote Sensing, Astronomy, Herpetology, SumoBots, Forensics

2009 Events: Remote Sensing 3, Astronomy 2, Fossils 2, Sumobots 1, It's About Time 1, Chem Lab 2

i did or tried about half the events and these are the hardest or most time consuming
bridge/building out of wood time consuming
compute this wondering how prepared you are
physical science lab, it sounds easy but that is the problem, too easy so it is hard
reach for the stars takes time to remember constellations and look up stuff
Metric Mastery cuz there was some group that cheated inconspicuously
Pentathlon cuz u don't know anything that they may ask
Environment chemistry cuz notes have to be hand written

Rly? i though Reach for the Stars was pretty easy to study for. Crave the Wave is hard though.

I think that Astronomy is really hard, even though it's probably my best event. I mean, how much stuff about variable stars would you know before studying for this event? There's a lot of formulas too.

the building ones are harder in that u think your machine is perfect and can't fail and yet on comp day, it does...

study r hard becauz if u have conflict you get a partner that might not know anything...

i say physics lab.... but i am in 10th grade and haven't had physics...
