The 2014 Georgia State Competition was held on March 22nd at Southern Polytechnic State University (now part of Kennesaw State University) for both Division B and Division C.
Tournament Results
Scoring was done in alignment with the national scoring guidelines, with the exception that all teams ranked below 15th place in an event received 16 points for that event. In both divisions, Write It Do It was awarded medals but did not count toward the team score due to a lack of available materials for doers, causing potential cheating issues, and Entomology was not run because the event supervisor was discovered to be in Australia on the day of the tournament. The top two teams in each division qualified for the 2014 National Tournament. Regional champions are highlighted (incomplete data).
