Clarksville Middle School is a Division B school from Clarksville, Maryland, and is part of the Howard County Public School System. The team was started in the 2015-2016 season, where there were barely enough members to fit the 15 students per team requirement. They competed between 2016 and 2018 seasons, and later disbanded for the 2019 season, as the Science Olympiad coordinator was transferred to a different school. Clarksville Middle would feed many of its Science Olympiad members to River Hill High School, where they would carry on the Clarksville Scioly legacy. A small amount of the class of 2017 also went on to Atholton High School, competed as freshmen, but then dropped out of the program for their sophomore year and beyond.
The Clarksville team has been reformed again for the 2020 season.
