Defunct Regionals

If I remember correctly, the Pellissippi State Community College Regional host backed out one year several years ago, and they haven't returned since. It is not listed on the TN website's list of Regionals, but it is listed on this old disambiguation page. Should this be listed under the Defunct subsection of Regionals? As far as I'm concerned, any tournament that wasn't held in the most recent season should be listed under defunct tournaments. Just doing a cursory Google search I found the results from the 2017 version of the tournament, and I found another document stating that the first year the tournament was held at PSCC was 2015. That's more than enough evidence to prove that the tournament happened and needs its own page.
As for Div. A, I don't really know what the protocol on that is. Elementary Science Olympiad is often treated as a separate thing altogether - it's more of a friendly science thing than a competition as far as I know. It's not as standardized as Division B and C competitions, and is handled differently from state to state. If it were me, I would have them separate from B and C tournaments because they're treated differently and also don't have state/national level counterparts - they're just a region specific thing. --Jaspattack (talk) 04:01, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
