Hello there! I've noticed you've been maintaining the wikipages for your students like KatHogan and User:IvanHogan. However, these accounts aren't actually registered on our website. It'd be great if the students themselves could register for the site: that way, they can edit their own pages, as well as engage and learn alongside the rest of our community.

Additionally, while I don't know what your school policies are, I'd like just to make sure you are using student data in accordance with your district's policies. These pages seem to include students' real names, and I just wanted to check that students and guardians are okay with this. If your students prefer to have a different account name, no worries! Let a staff member know via private message or our talk page, and we can easily rename the userpages. If your students have no problems with the pages, then great! Thank you for checking in. The IvanHogan page was setup as a test page, while the KatHogan page should be registered. In both cases the student data is submitted in accordance with district's policies, having the permission of students and guardians. We will make sure that the IvanHogan page is registered, shortly. Both pages will be largely maintained by the students themselves, going forward. Thank you again for checking in.
