Clarksville Middle School is a Division B school from Clarksville, Maryland, and is part of the Howard County Public School System. The team was started in the 2015-2016 season, where there were barely enough members to fit the 15 students per team requirement. They competed from the 2016 to 2018 seasons, and later disbanded for the 2019 season, as the Science Olympiad coordinator was transferred to a different school. Many Science Olympiad members of Clarksville Middle fed into River Hill High School, and continued doing Science Olympiad or go to Atholton High School. A small amount of the class of 2017 also went on to Atholton High School, competed as freshmen, but then dropped out of the program for their sophomore year and beyond.
The Clarksville team has been reformed again for the 2020 season and competed virtually for the 2021 season due to COVID-19.
