Rising Starr Middle School is a Division B school from Georgia which holds the 2002 state and national title. The team has visited Nationals at least 9 times. They are the only school on record to have beaten JC Booth at a State tournament after 1992. Though they are national title holders, the team as of late has not been as competitive in the state of Georgia, failing to qualify for the state tournament in 2015.
