Participants will receive limited amounts of time at each station before rotating to the next station, untill every station has been visited. Whichever team with the highest raw score recieves the top prize. Select questions (sometimes a tiebreaker questions) will serve as tiebreakers in the event of a tie.

It can be viewed as a combination of Anatomy, Food Science, and Disease Detectives, all in one event. It last appeared at the 2004 National Tournament at Juniata College for Division C and at the 2006 National Tournament at Indiana University for Division B. It is not currently in the official event rotation or included as an official trial event.
