The Science Olympiad at Penn State Invitational (SOAPS) is a Division C Mini-SO tournament set to take place for the first time ever on February 6th, 2021 at Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania.

Registration opens on October 25th and SOAPS has a capacity of 60 teams.

The tournament is being run by Science Olympiad Alumni at Penn State who competed for some of the top teams in Pennsylvania.
