Springville Griffith Institute is a Division C school which participates in New York's Lake Erie - Niagara regional competition. They were a fixture at states during much of the 2000s, but they have not competed at states since 2009. They were 15 points behind 9th-place Canisius High School in 2013, which placed 45th at states.
