Revision as of 02:08, 7 December 2015

Quickly, as a tip to organize the invitationals in the edit: I organize first by region, then by state in alphabetical order. --Kentuckyfan1001 (talk) 00:56, 23 December 2012 (CST)

Moving Divisions column

Might I suggest moving the divisions ("B/C") column farther to the left, between the "host" and "date" columns? This is essential information that probably shouldn't be shoved all the way to the other side. Zyzzyva98 (talk) 19:05, 5 January 2013 (CST)

Use of N/A

I was going to put "N/A" in for the invites that only do one division. If others are against this then that's fine, I just wanted to say that that's where it came from. Eaststroudsburg13 (talk) 12:52, 5 March 2013 (CST)

My opinion that the N/As make the table look cluttered. (Though I had previously deleted the N/As more for consistency than for aesthetics.) If you think the N/As are beneficial for clarity, though, feel free to add them. --Luo (talk) 13:18, 5 March 2013 (CST)

Region Divide Inconsistency

I've noticed that the regions seem to vary significantly between pages; notably, this page uses completely different regions than Competitions by State. Should I switch this page over to the Competitions by State region system, or just use the one shown here? -Unome, 12:23 2 November 2014

Either way will be fine, do whatever makes you feel best. -John Richardsim, 15:24 2 November 2014

For next year's table, would it be better just to remove the regions altogether, since it's easier to just search for stuff by state, and they don't really seem to help with organization? (Or do they?) --Unome (talk) 15:29, 3 June 2015 (CDT)

Top Teams/Schools

Should the champion and runner-ups shown on this page be by teams or by schools? (Or does it not matter?) -Unome, 18:27 14 December 2014

It doesn't really matter, whichever makes more sense to put. --Robotman (talk) 13:25, 15 December 2014 (CST)

Invitational Pages

I've been thinking of making pages for each of the invitational tournaments. Does anyone know of some that already exist, and should I make a template for others to use as well? --Unome (talk) 15:49, 17 July 2015 (CDT)

Here are some that I found off the Invitational page: Islip Sci Oly Invitational Twin Tiers Invitational Tiger Invitational San Joaquin Science Olympiad Invitational Muscatel Invitational --Finagle29 (talk) 00:58, 18 July 2015 (CDT)

Illinois Info

For Illinois, I've been adding together V and JV for the total teams attending, and using the Varsity results on the pages. Is this comparable to other states? --Unome (talk) 10:16, 7 August 2015 (CDT)

Scoresheets
