Outdated tag
I believe I would say that this page does not need the Outdated tag anymore. While Mission Possible C/2018 Tasks is still incomplete, the wording on this page has been changed to reflect the current set of rules. However, I am not nearly knowledgeable enough about the topic to judge if the Outdated tag should indeed be removed, so if someone else more knowledgeable than me can confirm this, you may remove the tag.
