Kokonilly (known popularly as Koko) has competed in Science Olympiad throughout her entire high school career. She is a very active participant in Science Olympiad and one of the captains of her team, and is a 15-year-old senior at Eastview High School in southern Minnesota. She has been to the national tournament three times, once as an alternate and twice as a competing member.
Notable places she has received at nationals are a 13th in Anatomy in 2010 and an 8th in Fossils in 2011.
She hopes to reclaim the state championship title for her school in the 2012 season.
