It's somewhat common. I've seen copies of my userpage's format on several other userpages, and mine is also derived from someone else's. --Unome (talk) 16:21, 24 April 2018 (UTC)

You are welcome! I found it quite useful as it covers most of the things I would want on a User Page. (Also still learning the wiki. Lol)
