Waubonsie Valley High School is a Division C school in Aurora, Illinois.

After two consecutive seasons as the alternate for state (one spot away from qualifying), the team finally broke through in 2012-2013, finishing 5th in regionals, beating rival school Neuqua, and qualified for state. The team had grown from barely fielding a varsity team to having two JVs too. With a new co-coach and returning leadership, the team was headed in the right direction. Team Award: Crystal Lake Central Spirit Award. The season ended with three medals (two normal events, one trial event) at State. In 2013-2014, the team has further grown, with nearly 80 bright students and strong leadership and coaches.
