Template:TeamInfoBox West Cary Middle School is a Division B team in North Carolina which has competed in the Raleigh Regional since the 2018 season. The team greatly improved during the 2019 season, attending 3 invitationals (including the inaugural Piedmont Invitational). The team placed second at Piedmont, and would go on to place 4th at the Raleigh regional tournament later in the season. There, West Cary Middle School would earn their opportunity to attend their first state tournament. At the 2019 North Carolina State Tournament WCMS earned a 9th place trophy while taking home 7 medals, including 3 gold medals in Disease Detectives, Circuit Lab, and Meteorology.
