Results History

West Ottawa High School struggled in its first several years of Science Olympiad in the early 2000s. However, they saw extraordinary improvement as they gained more experience (and members). Now West Ottawa has placed in the top 10 at the Michigan State Tournament for the past twelve years, including being the State Champion in 2005. West Ottawa has also represented Michigan at the National Tournament five times, most recently in 2011.
