William G. Enloe High School is a Division C school that qualified for the 2012 National competition at the North Carolina 2012 state competition, scoring a 111. They only placed behind NC School of Science and Mathematics, which scored 100 points. In 2014, they won the North Carolina State Tournament for the first time since 2000 with a total of 131 points, beating Raleigh Charter High School. Enloe once again won in 2015 & 2016, beating NC School of Science and Mathematics and Raleigh Charter High School respectively to advance to the national tournament.

Fred J. Carnage Middle School is also a feeder school to Enloe.
